Midwest Surgery Center is an outpatient ambulatory surgery center formed in 1986 by the physicians of St. Paul Eye Clinic and Midwest Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists. We are conveniently located at the northwest corner of Lake Road and Woodwinds Drive in Woodbury, Minnesota.
The surgeons at Midwest Surgery Center are the board certified otolaryngologists of Midwest Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists and Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Skin Care, and the board certified ophthalmologists of St. Paul Eye Clinic, P.A. Adult and pediatric anesthesia services are provided by the highly skilled anesthesiologists of Associated Anesthesiologists, P.A. We take pride in the excellence of our staff, which includes specially trained registered nurses, surgical technicians, nurse anesthetists, nursing assistants and support personnel.

Our goal at Midwest Surgery Center is to provide patients with competent and individualized care, respecting the rights, privileges and autonomy of every person.
Each patient is recognized as a person having individual needs and concerns. We strive to provide an environment that promotes comfort, safety, privacy and cleanliness. Each patient is kept fully informed and is given the opportunity to participate in his/her plan of care.
Nursing personnel work together to implement the proper plan of care. Our nursing staff provides care for patients; assessing needs, planning, implementing and evaluating care.
Assessment of each person’s needs promotes individualized patient care. Assessment begins with the nursing pre-operative telephone interview, continues throughout the day of surgery and is culminated with the post-op telephone interview. An individualized approach to planning patient care assures the delivery of continuous quality care for each patient.
